KUALA LUMPUR: Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) will provide additional train for its Electric Train Service (ETS) for the KL Sentral-Padang Besar route in conjunction with school break and Aidiladha celebration.
In a statement here Thursday, KTMB said the train from KL Sentral to Padang Besar will depart at 11am and arrive 4.35pm, while from Padang Besar to KL Sentral will depart at 6pm and arrive at 11.45pm.
The service of the additional train would commence Friday and to proceed on Sept 19, 22, 23, 25, 26 and 27.
The statement said the additional train also would stop at Tanjung Malim, Ipoh, Kuala Kangsar, Taiping, Bukit Mertajam, Butterworth, Sungai Petani, Alor Setar and Arau stations.
